At Derya, the focus is on Turkish cuisine, one of the richest in the world thanks to the Ottoman heritage at the crossroads of Asian, Oriental and Mediterranean flavours. We sit at large tables, in a bistro decor with comfortable banquettes and tablecloths. Of course, the specialties here are grilled meats: lamb with tomato sauce and tangy yoghurt, for example.
