MULKO
Small canteen serving specialties worthy of the streets of Jerusalem with a la carte dishes.
Israeli singer, tiled counter and scents, welcome to Mulko! This small canteen on the rue d 'Enghien is the new workshop of two experienced professionals: Pierre Bouko Levy and Cyril Dedieu, together they serve specialties worthy of the streets of Jerusalem. The dishes of the map are mostly offered in a bread or bowl, among the proposals: Parisian meorav (specialty of chicken thigh and offal) or more simply kebab meat. In dessert we treat the famous knafehs, a gourd composed of angel hair on a layer of goat cheese, watered with zaatar syrup and strewn with roasted almonds and pistachio pistachios. It's not the lightest, but it's worth a detour.
