The concept is the brainchild of stylist Camille and chef Eric, a passionate couple with a single conviction: dressing well and eating well are part of the same pleasant, useful, ecological, and human state of mind. Available upstairs, the Habile collection is available à la carte. You can order a delicious meal, a cocktail on draught, or even an apron.

La couturière et le marmiton (The seamstress and the kitchen boy) could be an Andersen fairy tale, but it's just HABILE, that's all.
Papa stitches and Mama sews, Eric is the chef, Camille is the boss. A beautiful novel, a beautiful story, a modern-day romance, they met on the kif highway and never left.
At the corner of rue de Lancry and rue du Château d'Eau, HABILE. is a house in their image.First and foremost, a restaurant. A place where food is made to restore, to do good, to do good.On their plates and in their glasses, Éric and Camille can put a name to all those who grow, raise, fish and make wine.
At Habile, Éric's soul is central. Camille's palate makes up for it. If, elsewhere, you sometimes get lost, here, the style is resolutely bistronomic.
