Address with terrace on the edge of the quay in Paris preparing tender red meats with a wine list of the world.

Bang, it is nothing more or less than the landmark of the carnivores of the Canal Saint-Martin, where meat lovers enjoy tender pieces, while fans of smart little wines gather to enjoy a pretty terrace on the quayside. The meats - including the most exotic ones - served here are all guaranteed to be raised in the meadow and fed on hay and grass, for incomparable tenderness. The world's wine list is a perfect match for these red meats. More original, the parilladas (assortment of raw meats) are submitted to your choice, then grilled on a plancha by yourself. Finally, note the online butcher shop - very clever - and the large terrace.

Excellente adresse pour les fans de viandes.
La carte est variée et le service rapide.
Ne pas passer à côté des frites à l'huile de truffe.

restaurant plutôt bon mais le personnel est loin d’être accueillant. la carte est spécialisé sur les viandes.

le restaurant beneficie d'une place startegique au bord du canal. il est sympa d'en profiter le dimanche ou la route le long du canal est fermé.

on en ferai pas une cantine mais depanne de temps en temps.

I loved the " Big Bang " : a mix of delicious meat to the parillada: flap of Scotland, Limousin beef, Argentinian beef. Meat that have the taste.
My friend was met with Italian hamburger (with bresaola) delicious too.
In short, I highly recommended to all those who like meat, the real one!
