Jane Pedersen is Danish and grew up in a family of restaurateurs. It is therefore quite naturally that she offers a map to Danish influences, but also inspired by the numerous culinary experiments she has been able to do in her life. The workshop is located near the Saint Martin Canal and this is where Jane and his entire team make all the dishes, from bread to dessert. Grønt is a rather special concept: you preorder your dishes online, or with their scooter, and they will be delivered directly to an appointment point. For your events, Jane also caters.
