Address with terrace in Paris offering fresh and modern bistronomic cuisine, new dishes of the day.
It has been a safe bet for years. Because this Chaméléon, located a stone's throw from the Porte Saint-Martin and equipped with a beautiful terrace, offers both lunch and dinner. The cuisine is said to be "changing", and we easily understand why: the bistronomic cuisine, fresh and modern, changes very regularly. Every day, new dishes, starters and desserts appear on the lunch menu, while the dinner menu is completely renewed every week. The dishes are (very) qualitative, with a lot of nice surprises. We are here on a mid-range high-end address, and the prices are adjusted accordingly, but they are fair.

Sur les 4 plats au menu, celui qu’on avait choisi était déjà épuisé à 21.00, dommage!
Et dommage que le serveur ne nous ait pas prévenu dès notre arrivée.
Entrée à 17€ à base de langouste, mais tellement petite qu’il était difficile de la trouver dans un bouillon plutôt tiède tendance froid.
Carré de veau riquiqui, à la sauce savoureuse mais microdosée. La purée était bonne mais peut-être ne justifie-t-elle pas à elle seule les 40€ pour l’entrée et le plat ?
