It has been a safe bet for years. Because this Chaméléon, located a stone's throw from the Porte Saint-Martin and equipped with a beautiful terrace, offers both lunch and dinner. The cuisine is said to be "changing", and we easily understand why: the bistronomic cuisine, fresh and modern, changes very regularly. Every day, new dishes, starters and desserts appear on the lunch menu, while the dinner menu is completely renewed every week. The dishes are (very) qualitative, with a lot of nice surprises. We are here on a mid-range high-end address, and the prices are adjusted accordingly, but they are fair.

Négatif : Le barbue trop cuit, le caramel mis sur le dessert au riz devrait être mis sur le côté, le service parfois difficile à appeler, ne regarde pas assez les tables.
