It has been a safe bet for years. Because this Chaméléon, located a stone's throw from the Porte Saint-Martin and equipped with a beautiful terrace, offers both lunch and dinner. The cuisine is said to be "changing", and we easily understand why: the bistronomic cuisine, fresh and modern, changes very regularly. Every day, new dishes, starters and desserts appear on the lunch menu, while the dinner menu is completely renewed every week. The dishes are (very) qualitative, with a lot of nice surprises. We are here on a mid-range high-end address, and the prices are adjusted accordingly, but they are fair.

Restaurant dans une petite rue pavée calme, nous y avons mangé en terrasse après le théâtre. Accueil parfait avec le sourire, service bienveillant et agréable. Les plats délicieux, fins avec des assaisonnements parfaits, tout est frais et fait maison. Très bonne adresse !
