Address with terrace in Paris offering fresh and modern bistronomic cuisine, new dishes of the day.

It has been a safe bet for years. Because this Chaméléon, located a stone's throw from the Porte Saint-Martin and equipped with a beautiful terrace, offers both lunch and dinner. The cuisine is said to be "changing", and we easily understand why: the bistronomic cuisine, fresh and modern, changes very regularly. Every day, new dishes, starters and desserts appear on the lunch menu, while the dinner menu is completely renewed every week. The dishes are (very) qualitative, with a lot of nice surprises. We are here on a mid-range high-end address, and the prices are adjusted accordingly, but they are fair.

Carpaccio de poisson trop vinaigré, raviole au gout d'huile de cuisson, dessert moyen. Seuls les vins sont au niveau, natures et biodynamiques, parfaits. La terrasse est agreable.

Dîner agréable en terrasse avant le super spectacle de j de brauer au théâtre de la porte st martin . Les serveurs.se.s sont hyper gentils et attentionnés. Le service est rapide . Les plats sont fins et bien présentés

Les plats manquent cruellement d’assaisonnement (œuf parfait et tataki de bœuf). Dommage vu le prix.
