Address with terrace on two floors with a nice setting offering a menu of brasserie updated.
On theory, this nice address of Grands Boulevards gourmet area (Vivant, Richer, L'Office, etc.) has everything to please. A nice terrace spread over two floors, a great déco (green wall in jungle style, bar in car headlights, tree crossing the room, etc.) and an up to date brasserie menu. On the menu: organic soft-boiled egg (green asparagus, morels cream, beet sprouts), crispy prawns tempura, San Daniele ham dish, tuna steak half-cooked with black and white sesame, French rib steak and rosemary juice, "Petites Écuries" burger, soft caramel with salted butter, revisited lemon tart or cheese platter of the Apse valley. Finally, the setting is nice, the address is classic and the service is hesitating. As for the value for money, we would be happy to have a little more on the plate...
