Le Bichat strives to be a popular canteen, an ode to slow food. The crates of the market full of fruits and vegetables say a lot about your contract of 5 fruits and vegetables a day that will be filled today. Gourmet salads: beet, celery root, carrots, cauliflower, chard with coconut milk, chickpeas and mackerel with ginger, but especially the bowls to compose. Each bowl is made up of a Thai rice base, cooked vegetables, crudites and, as desired, chicken, pork, mackerel, egg or in vegetarian version. Let yourself be tempted by the pear clafoutis, the yuzu cake or the very fondant chocolate molten cake. Le Bichat offers starters, main courses and desserts for gluten and lactose-intolerant guests.
