This microbrewery breeds the mosses itself and with a brewer on the team we see the difference immediately. In the 8 varieties that change very regularly. The lunch card changes over the course of the seasons and the arrival. The result? Fresh and colorful cuisine. On that day, we threw on the roast duck ravioli with soy sauce and home white Mont.
