Restaurant pampering the taste buds of its customers with good products and wonderful flavors.

At the manlets of this brand new restaurant, near the Gare de l 'Est, which attracts more and more fresh new tables, Hugo and Arthur take, judging by the plate, a clear pleasure to pamper visitors'taste buds. The principle is simple: good products, flavors that often mix for the best, and surprising results. The white cheese marries with the herbs, the fennel takes passion for curry, mango joins the pig breast. Home specialty, bone bone (this last term is marrow in English, CQFD!) is particularly well thought out. We'll think about booking.

Some of the best food we have eaten for a long time. Every dish was so full of flavour and so inventive that it would be difficult to single one, out but the scallops were divine. It was significant that my wife raved about the bone marrow and I raved about the octopus- if you had asked us before visiting the restaurant we would never have chosen or even considered these. We only had three nights in Paris but visited the restaurant twice - the second time being privileged to sit at the bar and see Hugo cook. Great thanks also to Arthur and Sebastian for their front of house service and wine choices. An overall delight. We wish them well.

Un des meilleurs restaurants de Paris si ce n'est le meilleur
Équipe au top, service impeccable et cuisine exquises pour prix compétitif. Les cocktails seules valent déjà le détour. Ne ratez pas le poulpes et évidemment l'os à moelle.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the food, the chef! Every dishes was excellent! And I think we had the best octopus of our life! Highly recommended restaurant. Best wine and best beers served here as well.

Avec ma femme, nous avons choisi Marrow un peu par défaut car ce n'était pas notre premier choix, mais les échos positifs des commerçants et sa proximité nous ont convaincus. Une fois sur place, nous avons décidé de nous lâcher et de goûter à presque tous les plats de la carte, conçue pour être partagée. Et là, je dois dire que nous avons été impressionnés à tous les niveaux : les saveurs étaient sublimes, les ingrédients ne faisaient pas de la figuration dans l'assiette. Je repars avec cette sensation incroyable d'avoir vécu un moment exceptionnel.
