At the manlets of this brand new restaurant, near the Gare de l 'Est, which attracts more and more fresh new tables, Hugo and Arthur take, judging by the plate, a clear pleasure to pamper visitors'taste buds. The principle is simple: good products, flavors that often mix for the best, and surprising results. The white cheese marries with the herbs, the fennel takes passion for curry, mango joins the pig breast. Home specialty, bone bone (this last term is marrow in English, CQFD!) is particularly well thought out. We'll think about booking.

Une carte originale, et chaque plat est mémorable : il y a toujours un ingrédient, un jus, une association qui sort du lot !
Mention spéciale pour le sparassis crépu au jus mousseux, et pour l’os à moelle !
On en a eu pour 60 euros par tête pour un dîner à deux avec : 4 plats à partager, 1 bouteille de rouge et 1 dessert
