An old-fashioned brasserie in Paris offering quality products and classics, and hearty desserts.
It is one of the last bouillons in Paris: for those who do not know it, a bouillon is a brasserie of yesteryear, with a vast menu containing the French standards, and it is also cheap. So much for the setting of this Bouillon Julien, which has recently been completely redone, thus rediscovering the Art Deco spirit of its opening in 1906: particular attention to the glass roof of Charles Buffet. In the dish, quality products, including many classics: garlic snails, rabbit terrine or hard-boiled eggs as an appetizer, then roasted Scottish salmon or andouillette (the list is not exhaustive) to finish with well-smoked desserts. And it's open all day long!
