A restaurant where the chef concocts classics with original creations, discoveries that deserve to be tasted.
Dante's Inferno is a long way off here, and this house is more like paradise than anything else. In this design space, enhanced by warm tones (ochre, rust), the stars are the dishes. Delightful small plates, prepared by smiling chef Rebecca Beaufour, a Ferrandi graduate who has worked at some fine addresses (L'Arpège, the Ritz...). Her "cuisine de partage" and "de produits" line up well-balanced compositions (bao porc confit, ravioles-blettes-beurre aux algues, ris de veau croustillant/chou-fleur...). A real favourite!
