The staff of Youpi & Voilà, Patrice Gelbart in the kitchen and Stéphane Camboulive in the dining room, residential properties at Les Caves de Prague. The two compadres have carried around with them the same bistro cuisine, between market dishes and dishes to be shared: veal tartare and anchovy sauce, grilled black pudding from Jura with green apple into small dice, European pollock dressing with white asparagus combined with green olives and Tatin pie to finish. The menu card is affordable to all people. the food and drink are good and we will recommend you with intelligence, then come and enjoy the last rays of sunshine on the terrace, accompanied by a good glass of red, white or rosé wine.
