This little courtyard in the 10th arrondissement is one of the neighbourhood's must-see spots. Here, bars and restaurants rub shoulders in a friendly atmosphere. Authentic, the Floderer brasserie clearly assumes its position, both in form and content. Wood panelling, stained glass windows, white tablecloths, waiters dressed to the nines: this is traditional! On the plates, seafood - the speciality of the place - and, here too, expected but well-cooked dishes, whether entrecôte, sweetbreads or tartare. A no-brainer!
