Bistro in the 10th arrondissement offering brasserie dishes inspired by the French terroir.
The archetypal Parisian bistro, these Arlots. So it's not surprising to find a foreign clientele with a knack for forking. If you had to sum up Thomas Brachet's (chef) and Tristan Renoux's (liquid manager) table in two dishes, you'd say sausage-purée (one of the best in the capital) and rice pudding, but that would be reductive. The menu offers a range of comforting seasonal treats. One lunchtime, just a few days before Christmas, it was beef cheek with baby vegetables and mackerel fillets with cabbage butter. Nice plain keels.
