The old-fashioned decor, with red-checked tablecloths and hunting trophies, certainly contributes to the conviviality of this Italian-Parigot table. At the helm of this "wine bar-osteria", Dimitri Gris offers an evening slate of sunny combinations in small-course mode: homemade gnocchi with Breton blue lobster, squid a la plancha with Brussels sprouts and capuliato (a Sicilian preparation made from sun-dried tomatoes), veal brain with ponzu sauce and lemon zest... Mais la serveuse est loin d’être agréable avec les clients. Nous avions commandé 4 plats de moule marinière, 10% n’étaient pas ouvertes. Nous lui avons fait remarqué et ça l’a écorché de nous les faire recuire (je l’ai surtout vu se moquer de nous et ricaner derrière son comptoir, c’est moyen)…
