Restaurant offering à la carte services adopts traditional French dishes with a very successful bistro atmosphere.
It's not the best-known establishment, but Bouillon Chartier is also to be found in the Gare de l'Est area. The same menu of traditional French dishes that we love, including egg mayonnaise, terrine, and snails for starters, beef bourguignon, sauerkraut, quenelle, and calf's head for the main course, and the famous profiteroles for dessert, unless you opt for the dame blanche. Bouillon Chartier as we like it.

Dîner entre deux trains
Sur le chemin du retour de la Braderie de Lille, j'ai découvert cette brasserie en ligne. J'ai crû rêver en voyant les prix! En plus les plats sont excellents et assez copieux; le service est comme on l'attend dans une brasserie parisienne. Lors de mon prochain passage à Paris, j'adapterai le temps de séjour afin d'y passer la pause-déjeuner.
