Restaurant offering great local dishes with fresh products.
Ideally located in the heart of the 14th arrondissement, on the famous rue Daguerre, La Maison Péret invites you on a culinary and gustatory journey to the heart of French tradition. Since 1908, this wine bistro has stood the test of time, retaining its old-world charm and authenticity. From the moment you enter, you'll be immersed in a typically Parisian setting: vaulted ceilings, refined woodwork, antique engravings, elegant sconces, antique paintings and comfortable banquettes make up a warm and friendly décor. The bistro-style furnishings add a touch of authenticity. La Maison Péret's cuisine reflects the setting: traditional and authentic. Dishes are prepared with fresh, quality produce, rigorously selected. The menu, which proudly proclaims "No freezing - No microwaves - Traditional preparation - Fresh local produce", offers a wide selection of French specialties: stuffed cabbage, regional salads, black pudding, roast sausage, 5A andouillette, Aubrac and Salers meat... A true tribute to the flavors of the different French provinces. As a specialist in estate wines, La Maison Péret offers a wide choice of over seventy references, some of which are served by the glass. Bordeaux, Vins de Loire, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Vallée du Rhône... each wine-growing region is represented through its finest appellations. For those seeking new discoveries, a World wine list is also available. To take full advantage of the restaurant's friendly atmosphere, don't hesitate to take a seat on the terrace, located in the heart of Rue Daguerre. You can enjoy your meal while watching the bustle of this pedestrian street. In short, La Maison Péret is more than just a restaurant.

We had escargot/snails and onion soup, which we liked, but it was our first time eating them, so cannot say if they're true to the recipe.
The burger was well cooked, simple in a way, which we enjoyed.
Nice atmosphere, the tables are small but it seems like a recurring theme in Paris.
Overall great experience, will return if we're ever in Paris again
