The Parisian brewery of the Grands Boulevards in all its splendour. It s around the world day and night. At breakfast, cafes go to the counter as small soldiers while, in the tobacco game, nicotine addicts are pressing for their daily dose. As early as a. m. the first hungry people took place and it wasn't always until 15 p. m. As in all Parisian breweries, there are traditional dishes such as the smoked salmon base or duck conflict with its sliced potatoes, sliced up with garlic, not forgetting burnt cream and many other celebrations specific to this type of establishment. Special mention for the burger, rich and tasty! Every lunchtime, a dish of the day is proposed, that the regulars command their eyes closed. There's life and greed until late, as often in this neighborhood, and we like it.
