This elegant restaurant continues its Michelin-starred career (1 star) under the leadership of the duo Frédéric Lorimier (in the kitchen) and Camille Gouyer (in the dining room). Here, you'll enjoy rather sophisticated, but certainly inventive, cuisine. Naturally, the products used are seasonal, and the cooking perfectly mastered, as we noticed with a roasted veal fillet and its anchovy sabayon. Also on the menu in autumn: thyme-roasted porcini mushrooms and squab garnished with foie gras confit. Wow!
