The Grand Hôtel des Balcons is a family-run hotel in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, a stone's throw from the Odéon, the Senate, and the Luxembourg Gardens. The hotel is an Art Nouveau gem. The superb entrance door, lobby decor, wood panelling, folding screen, mirrors, stained glass, and lighting reflect the atmosphere of the 1900s. The rooms, some with balconies, are quiet, and breakfast is a generous buffet.

Hôtel : Malgré de nombreux commentaires et plaintes, l'hôtel ne semble pas intéressé par l'installation d'un système de climatisation dans les chambres. Comme il faisait chaud à Paris, cet aspect a changé l'expérience à 100% ; le ventilateur n'était pas suffisant et quand j'ouvrais la fenêtre, la vue était très proche des appartements de l'autre côté.
Les chambres sont très différentes de celles annoncées, beaucoup plus petites. De plus, les photos de la salle de petit-déjeuner sont encore plus mauvaises que les chambres.
