Hotel opposite the Gare de l'Est offering well kept and friendly rooms at a very good price.

In front of Gare de l'Est, therefore well placed, close to the wharf of Jemmapes and the Canal Saint-Martin, a small hotel of 25 rooms very cheap, kept in simplicity and conviviality by really friendly people. All rooms are en suite. Prices are per person per night but we communicate them per room in our rates.

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli fiyatın uygun ama oda beklediğiniz gibi değil. Fakat yeri harika konumda metroya yürüyerek 3 dakika ve şehir merkezinde, duvarlar çok ince yan odadaki insanları çok rahat duyuyorsunuz. Biz çocuklarla gittik verdiğimiz rahatsızlık özür dileriz. 24 saat resepsiyon var. Sıcak su daimi ve çok hızlı, oda temizliği çok iyi değil. Oda sıcak, her giriş çıkışta anahtarınızı veriyorsunuz fakat herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Güler yüzlüler yardım sever.

Prima als je geen luxe verwachtingen hebt en low budget wil overnachten. Kleine kamer met 2 losse bedden ( of een twee persoons bed), een kleine badkamer, maar wel met warm water en redelijk schoon. Wel is het hotel zeer gehorig, je hoort je buren letterlijk praten en ook de leidingen maken echt herrie. Oordopjes mee en een slaapmasker, vanwege slecht gordijn)
Locatie is wel echt top, op 3 minuten van Gare de L'est en 10 minuten verderop ligt Gare du Nord. Personeel is vriendelijk, 24 uur per dag te bereiken en helpt meedenken.

Cet hôtel est tout simple, parfait si vous devez passer une nuit près de la gare de l'Est. Il n'y a pas d'équipements particuliers, mais le couchage est très confortable, la télé fonctionne, et l'eau est bien chaude, parfait pour un court séjour à petit prix, en comparaison avec les hôtels plus "haut de gamme" aux alentours.
Accueil très chaleureux, quartier tranquille, j'y reviendrai sans problème.

The room is too small. I could barely fit into the shower. No refrigerator. The screen TV is the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel.
No provision for meals. I had to buy food in nearby restaurant and supermarket.
The heater was turned off, so I had to sleep with my thick coat on through the night
No value for the money paid.
Closeness to Gard de l'Est (less than 3 minutes walk) and Gard du nord (about 11 minutes walk) is a PLUS.
Friendly and helpful staff
The hotel is crying for renovation
