Hotel opposite the Gare de l'Est offering well kept and friendly rooms at a very good price.

In front of Gare de l'Est, therefore well placed, close to the wharf of Jemmapes and the Canal Saint-Martin, a small hotel of 25 rooms very cheap, kept in simplicity and conviviality by really friendly people. All rooms are en suite. Prices are per person per night but we communicate them per room in our rates.

Le personnel est très sympathique mais la chambre n’est pas propre. Et mal insonorisé nous avons entendu les voisins de chambre jusqu’à tard dans la nuit . la salle de bain n’est pas propre et la douche qui deconne , l hôtel à besoin d’une bonne remise au propre . Sinon la literie est bonne. Heureusement que c’était que pour une nuit.

Забронировала номер от безвыходности, все номера в отелях были либо заняты либо очень дорого стоили. К сожалению это не отель.....это дыра....кровати и постельное было противно даже подходить к ним, ванная старая, смесители ржавые и еле пропускают воду, стены уже давно нужно было покрасить, в общем это место давно нуждается в ремонте или хотя бы генеральной уборке. Единственный плюс администратор пытался всеми силами найти общий язык, английский, французкий, даже отдельные фразы по русски. Советую бронировать там номер только если нет другого выхода, не портить себе отдых в прекрасном городе Париже.

Rooms are VERY dated and mine was extremely smelly, smelled of stale smoke and sewage. It was clean, but not very comfortable. Ok for one night if necessary but I would rather pay 20€ more and stay in a nicer place next time. Also quite loud, no elevator.

On the upside: Super friendly and helpful owner, easy check-in, great locaton just a few steps away from Gare de L'Est.

Tout est dans le rapport qualité-prix et la proximité de la gare de l'est.
Matelas OK sanitaires OK. Accueil de jour comme de nuit efficace.
Un hôtel fonctionnel sans charme qui offre le minimum à prix serré.
