This is an unpretentious hotel located in the peaceful wake of a historic canal, close to the Gare de l'Est and the north. We love its flowered patio where the summer one takes a leisurely breakfast, the by the singing of the birds. The rooms, decorated in contemporary style, are pleasant and have everything necessary for a good night's sleep and a good stay. On the top floor, it is all attic with a beautiful view over the roofs of Paris and the Saint Martin Canal. The clientele is diverse: tourists, businessmen, used. The address is not known and this confidential side gives it a special atmosphere between insiders who do not ask but to enlarge the circle.

Petite courd intérieure

The presence of an elevator made it effortless to move our luggage to and from our room, enhancing the overall convenience. The hotel's location was a strong point, with major tourist attractions only a 20-25 minute metro ride away, and the accessibility to CDG airport via train was another plus. Additionally, the surrounding area offered some fantastic dining options to explore. We also enjoyed some wine, which we picked up by the Monop' beside the hotel, at the nearby canal/river.
However, one downside was the absence of air conditioning, and the availability of fans seemed insufficient to meet guest needs during the stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a fan during our visit. Additionally, the restriction on having guests during later hours was another limitation that might impact some guests' experience. However, the staff member graciously allowed our guests to wait in the lobby while we quickly had to run to our room.
In summary, Hotel Garden Saint Martin provided an enjoyable and comfortable stay with excellent staff service, convenient amenities, and a great location. I will definitely be back if I find myself in Paris!
