HÔTEL RELAIS SAINT-GERMAIN * * * *
Friendly 4-star hotel with decorated rooms, different and telling a story, suites with terrace.
At the head of this establishment, a certain Yves Camdeborde, finally his wife, is the kitchen master at Le Comptoir restaurant, jute next door. The hotel is a four star hotel, it is in its image: above all, it is "like at home" or almost. The building dates back to the th century and has no charm. All rooms are different and tell a story. Each bears the name of a writer or a historical character, but not any one: Frédéric Darter, Antoine Blondin, Casanova, Marguerite de Navarre, Alexandre Dumas. Their decoration is warm with antique furniture, beautiful printed fabrics, exposed beams, the atmosphere is soft and comfortable. There are even two suites with terrace on 56 and 58, particularly requested in summer. The continental breakfast is served in a typical dining room of the s. Not to be missed: The Counter where at midday prices are totally affordable.
