Absolutely not a 3 star standard. Rooms are basic and need refurbishment and modernising.
Bathroom not properly cleaned.
No space to relax or entertain.

Un honte, hôtel réservé pour des clients, les photos ne correspondent en rien à la réalité, une direction qui l'admet mais qui refuse le remboursement. En résumé : passez votre chemin, des hôtels moins étoilés valent bien mieux que celui-ci !

The hotel is located on a quiet street just near the canal, with amazingly good mattresses and pillows. For some one, rooms could be too small but is a great place when you mostly sleep

This is a Parisian hotel that is better located than most. Just next to the Canal St Martin near the Gare de l'est and Place de la Republic. (Walking distance). There are numerous restaurants, bars and clubs nearby of all standards.
The rooms are small (maybe even pokey) but they are very clean and well maintained. The staff are great. Hardworking and polite, I had a long stay here and found them to be great.
Breakfast is the only meal served here and it's standard fare.
I would stay here again but might insist on a room to the rere. A building project across the road made the street outside quite noisy.
