Bon accueil, parcontre chambre bruyante, pas de gel douche, pas de rideau de douche, une seule serviette de bain, propreté de la chambre moyenne, mais la literie était propre.

Pour trouver l'hôtel c'est vraiment pas bien situé et le pire est le réceptionniste qui ne fait pas d'effort pour vous expliquer car lui-même a du mal avec la langue française.
La chambre je vous passe les détails franchement pour un Kyriad la propreté et vraiment a désirer avec de la moisissure sur les murs de la salle de bain.plus jamais.

Vreselijke service en onbeleefd personeel. Meneer bij de receptie was ongelooflijk onaardig terwijl ik een probleem probeerde op te lossen met mijn creditcard en aan de telefoon was met de bank hun klantenservice. Door zijn onaardige gedrag besloten een kamer ergens anders te zoeken waarop meneer het nodig vond om tegen mij te schreeuwen en te zeggen dat ik op zondagavond zo laat nooit een andere kamer zou kunnen vinden voor een goede prijs. Al had ik 3 keer de prijs moeten betalen had ik dat liever gedaan dan daar te blijven. Toen begon meneer te dreigen dat omdat ik zo laat annuleerde hij de kamer toch op mijn creditcard zou chargen, wat ik niet begreep want volgens hem was het hele probleem dat hij mijn creditcard niet kon chargen tijdens het inchecken. Uiteindelijk in de buurt een fijne hotelovernachting gehad waar de receptioniste vertelde dat zij vaker mensen met klachten uit dit hotel ontvangen. Ik zou hier dus absoluut niet aanraden om te boeken, de omgeving is wel fantastisch!!

Le mobilier de la chambre était extrêmement sale et dans un état déplorable. Le ménage était fait de manière très approximative. L'air de la chambre était très humide, avec une odeur particulière d'un espace mal aéré.
Malgré plusieurs demandes formulées à la réception, on ne m'a pas fourni de fer à repasser, sous prétexte qu'un client l'a pris et ne l'a pas rendu !!
Le menu du petit-déjeuner n'était pas adapté aux intolérants au lactose : j'ai dû acheter mon lait de soja et l'amener à l'hôtel.
Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles et pratique des prix trop élevés.
Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel !!

The area doesn't seem great, the view was either construction or someone else's home, the entire area is narrow (narrow hallways and the room was so small that you only had a small walking passage to get around the bed from the entrance to the window of your room. Like the hallway really is small, to the point where it would be a tight squeeze for you to get through if there was a cleaning staff's cart in the hallway. -1

If you plan to go out at night, make sure to understand that they lock the doors once it gets late. You can still get in, you just gotta buzz in and wait for a staff member to unlock the door for you before you can enter. Or someone who is staying there like a vacation partner or someone who sees you stuck outside with no staff around. -1

Ah yes the walls are thin. Like you can hear your neighbor opening and closing their door. -1

The only decent part I saw was the location was not too far for traveling stations, depending on what stations you would need during your trip. +1
