KRAV MAGA RIVE DROITE
The Right Rive Maga Bank is a small, warm neighbourhood club that gathers every Wednesday and Friday about 6 members under the supervision of Patrick Vincent, black belt th dan and also technical adviser of the National Commission Krav Maga (FFKDA). The courses are at all levels, beginners, intermediate and confirmed, and take place in a small dojo that does not lack charm. We attack first by heating before going to the day's technique. Then place the battle and cardio part before ending with the revision of the technique of the previous week and stretching. Finally note that this club, affiliated with the European Federation of Krav Maga and the French Karate Federation, organizes each month discovery or development courses: defence against knife, pistol or rifle, revision for grade passages… Ideal to consolidate the gains and progress faster.
