L atelier Mendiants est très interressant. Christophe transmet sa passion du chocolat. Un plaisir de réaliser ses propres Mendiants. J'ai suivi le conseil de les déguster le lendemain, un vrai supplice d'ailleurs, et ils sont très bons!!.

Très beau lieu, le propriétaire est un passionné qui est content de partager ses connaissances. Nous sommes venus à 8 et toute l'équipe a adoré ce moment
