Take a course with Christophe Berthelot-Sampic, great master chocolate-maker, who has been awarded the title MOF (one of the best worker in France) several times, and learn to make your own tablets from cocoa beans. C'est la deuxième fois que je pénètre dans ce lieu dédié au chocolat. Sans surprise, il y a un très grand choix donc idéal pour un cadeau. MAIS les prix sont élevés et le service moyen. J'ai trouvé la préposée peu souriante et avare en conseils...
