If you want to experience the pleasure of evolving in the depths of the seas and oceans, you have the opportunity to discover scuba diving as well as snorkeling thanks to the professionals of the Nautena association. For more than fifty years, this structure has provided lovers of the world of silence with the necessary knowledge, mastery and learning of the exciting sport of diving (especially apnea). To take advantage of the courses given by Nautena, you must visit the Roger Le Gall swimming pool in the 12th arrondissement of Paris on Wednesday (9pm-11pm) and Friday (9.30pm-11.30pm) in order to refine your diving technique while respecting naturist ethics and collective nudity as the founders wanted in 1963.
Nautena offers you your first dive and the first 3 visits to allow you to try before joining. This allows you to assess your comfort in the water and your in situ skills. You will discover a fascinating universe that is accompanied in nude mode by an incomparable freedom.
Other courses are scheduled by Nautena, outside the naturist setting, once a month, on Mondays in a pit at the Hauts-de-Seine diving centre, (119 Boulevard Charles de Gaulle, 92390 Villeneuve-la-Garenne). You will certainly be stung by the deep-sea virus and let yourself be won over by the magic of sensations that will bring you a whole field of strangers.
