Moored opposite the François Mitterrand library, the Josephine Baker swimming pool, installed on a barge, is the only floating pool on the Seine. Inaugurated in 2006, it features a 25-meter pool. When the roof is open, 300 people can be accommodated on almost 600 m² of teak decking. From the deckchairs, the view over the Parc de Bercy and the right bank of the Seine is breathtaking. It's best to go in the morning, as the pool is packed in the afternoon and you'll often have to wait a while.

C’est la deuxième fois en trois jours que j’y m’y rends, après avoir regardé les horaires d’ouvertures et la page facebook pour les modalités d’ouverture.
Arrivée devant un « problème technique »
empêche l’accès à la piscine.
Il serait approprié (et sympa pour les utilisateurs) d’indiquer d’une manière ou d’une autre que la piscine n’est pas accessible..

Certains créneaux affichent une densité vivable dans cette piscine sur l'eau. Les nombreuses fermetures et surtout inopinées contrarient les plans : toujours se renseigner avant et être prêt à une alternative si la piscine est fermée à 7h du matin.

Je suis désolé mais je suis mort de rire de blaze complètement ridicule… le rapport avec Baker ??? Donnez des noms normaux honnêtement, butte aux cailles, auteuil, etc.

I've been to the pool several times for 5 years now. Every single time, it's super crowded and I had to wait in line for a long, long, long time and even during winter. You can't really see the Seine when you're in the pool anyway so this was a waste. Two years ago, I asked about the swimming classes and the lady told me that eventhough they had marked the class as full, she could squeeze me in. But when I actually went there, she said that that's not what she meant and tried to cover up her mistake cause there were enough ppl in the class and they couldn't accommodate me. This was so unprofessional and rude. I think this pool is way too hyped.

Je m’y suis rendue après le travail et c’est
seulement une fois devant que je l’ai appris, aucune info sur internet…. rebelote jeudi soir. J’ai eu beau checker sur le site avant une fois arrivée devant, seul un panneau "incident technique, fermé aujourd’hui" m’a accueilli. Peu être qu’une indication sur le site de la piscine aurait été utile. Je comprend tres bien qu’il puisse y avoir un soucis, cependant j’estime que prévenir les usagers en mettant a jour le site et le minimum.
Bref je reviendrai j’espère simplement qu’elle rouvrira sous peu, advienne que pourra.
