The agency also offers its full-time services, during the holidays or for occasional guards. You will be in touch with experienced and trusted students who will keep your children regularly or will help you. Several subscription options depending on your needs. Côté Enfants introduces you (free of charge) among her speakers those who have been selected for you; and if you choose to choose one of them, you have the choice between:
Be your employer and subscribe to one of Côté Children's subscriptions (proxy mode: generally the most economical). You can benefit from a replacement guarantee and administrative support.
Let Côté Children be employer and discharge paperwork and social risk. You will not have anything to do and will be billed at the end of the month on actual hours worked (claimant mode).
Depending on the case, the method of calculating CAF aids makes it more interesting for you to let Côté Children be employer (who can take this role even if you have recruited your child care at home.)

Thank you with the manager for the care and attention that it was my request has that was not easy. The agency was responsive and the candidates really of quality.
