Welcome to this temple of the Far East. Most of the collections presented in this museum were brought back by Clémence d 'Ennery to the end of the nineteenth century, when fashion was «chinoiserie». This passion has accumulated treasures in his particular hotel, which was finally transformed into a permanent exhibition site in 1908. It is attached to the National Museum of Asian Arts Guimet.

Bien triste tout cela... Après appel au Musée Guimet dont il dépend, je confirme la fermeture totale et la non-accessibilité aux collections du musée d'Hennery. La visite en présence d'une conférencière le samedi matin n'est plus d'actualité. Aucune date pour une quelconque réouverture n'est avancée. À mon humble avis, l'on ne pourra plus visiter ce musée, si ce n'est jamais, à tout le moins pendant plusieurs années...
