THE BRADY PASSAGE
The Passage Brady, home to costume designers and many Indian and Pakistani shops in Paris.
The passage owes its name to the merchant Brady, who had it built in 1828. When the Boulevard de Strasbourg was built, it was divided in two. Here you'll find costume designers and numerous Indian and Pakistani shops. Some offer good-quality cuisine, but beware of the touts, who aren't necessarily there to offer you the best dining plans. This passageway is covered by a magnificent period glass roof, which took several years to renovate but is now complete!
