Carlos Gutierrez, a butchery store, offers an excellent selection of Iberian products. Aitana is used primarily for catering professionals, which explains the restriction of time ranges. So when we get to the 31, we come to look for a beautiful piece of beef from Galicia or Wagyu beef (persilated Japanese breed), the Iberian pig (saucers, ham…), seafood products and even a small selection of cheeses and fruits and vegetables. Aitana offers the assurance of a shortest link between producers and consumers, in a relationship of trust and transparency. We prefer to prevent, prices are somewhat high.
