Daron means the boss, the householder. By giving this name to his cellar, the manager wanted to honor his grandfather who introduced him to wine and passed on his passion to him. His choices are varied, but what is most important is the quality and prices accessible to everyone around ten euros, even if the prices of some bottles is high, which is quite normal. Its selection is composed of several dozen references, mainly French, with priority given to winegrowers who work within organic or biodynamic methods.
