After Living Table, Pierre Jancou starts in Living cave, next to his restaurant. Carrara marble bar, the library of chilled wines, the walls also marbled, ground 1900 and the old Machine machine of 1938, everything is designed to taste wines of artisans and small tastier plates in a simple and authentic setting, but also a selection of fine Italian products, coffee, some spices such as Sarawak pepper of Maricha and antipasti to eat on site or take away.
