Daughter and granddaughter of a cheese-maker, Virginie fell in the trade when she was still a child. Now, it's been more than a decade since she has taken over the shop held by the family for over 60 years. With its beautiful and great smile, she welcomes guests, accustomed to the Butte or tourists looking for strong taste sensations. Her boutique, with a Savoyard chalet look and remarkably well-kept, presents an about hundred cheeses from all the regions, which she refines or mature. Here, nothing but ready-made cheeses, in all their maturity! Unmissable!
