Get off the nice rue de Charonne, with its welcoming terraces in summer, and its many shops (La Fairy Maraboutée at No 5 and Lenk and Flips, just next to the hotel). At 39, behind an iron portal, on the left side of a small courtyard, lies a haven of peace: Dr Hauschka's House, a reference in organic cosmetics. This brand was born in Germany in 1967 and the salon de care, unique in France, opened in 2008. The eco-designed space has been realized with respect for the environment and is based on the principles of feng shui to create a sense of harmony and allow good energy flow, all without leaving aside elegance… We particularly appreciate the birch panelling and the fine Zen River that guide to the spacious and unexplained cabins. On the care side, you recommend lymphatic stimulation of the face with soft brushes. An unexpected sensation and a real delight! Also mother/daughter rituals or duo duo rituals. If the care rates are too high for you, go to the shop space. You will find all the products of the good doctor, including the excellent rose range. Beginners will be assisted by the wise advice of beauticians.
