LE PETIT BARBOTEUR
Creperie in the 11th district with a Breizh spirit offering crepes made with products from Brittany.
A new address, in a style that we were more used to seeing on the Montparnasse side. Because this Petit Barboteur is a creperie in the heart of the 11th century. While the interior is simple and warmly decorated, with chairs of the primary school type from a few decades ago, the content of the plates is very contemporary. The emphasis, and even more, is on products from Brittany, you can see it and taste it. From wheat flour to toppings, it is the Breizh spirit that blows here. And if the grumpy tell you that a pancake shop does not satisfy the most hungry, look at the formula at will! Why the hell didn't the others think of that before?
