The menu is written in Ethiopian, French and English, and it is easy to choose the traditional Ethiopian dish to share. We pick in a large dish placed in the center of the table composed of chicken and marinated beef stew, ground meat in sauce, various vegetables (lentils in sauce, cabbage with spices, spinach, split peas in sauce). It is served with Ethiopian salad and Ingera, the traditional cake with a slightly lemony taste, with which you can catch the different rather spicy preparations... and the products are of excellent quality.
