The menu is written in Ethiopian, French and English, and it is easy to choose the traditional Ethiopian dish to share. We pick in a large dish placed in the center of the table composed of chicken and marinated beef stew, ground meat in sauce, various vegetables (lentils in sauce, cabbage with spices, spinach, split peas in sauce).
