Restaurant with open kitchen to see the dishes being prepared in front of the customers in Paris.
Formica tables and chairs, kitchen open to the dining room where all dishes are prepared in front of the customer with fresh produce: sandwiches superbly garnished with vegetables and veal, copious mechouia salad, kemias, eggplant caviar, etc. Everything is colourful, tasty, spicy and hot just the right way. We end with a mint tea accompanied by some truly delicious gazelle horns. Couscous also holds its own, but beware: after a period of media coverage during the opening, due to the notoriety of one of the bosses, the place seemed to rest on its laurels when we visited, especially in terms of waiting. We'll keep an eye out!
