Restaurant offering the best of Moroccan cuisine with its original menu and its choice of dishes.
It is not Moroccan restaurants that are missing in the French capital. But it is maintained by Fatima Ha Mansouria, who shows a very keen interest in the kitchen of his country of origin. This young woman and chef has the ambition to offer you the best of Moroccan cuisine. Every two months, it starts to gather the secrets of past cuisine from the old Moroccan women. It offers a very original menu with eight small entries, a choice dish, a half bottle of wine or water, a dessert and finally a coffee or tea. At present, the restaurant prepares a dish whose origin dates back to the th century, the mourouzia, with lamb-made lamb in a sauce of twenty-seven spices.
