Street food offering fresh food, empanadas filled with meat, fish and cheese.
Empanada and helado are to Argentina what the baton and the growing are to France. Like pizza in Italy or tapas in Spain, the empanadas are made in shops at every corner of the street and are considered by Les as festive products to share with family or friends just like the helados who eat at home in summer as in winter and at any time of day and night. With Clasico Argentine, the Parisians discover this street food coming from afar, exclusively powered by fresh products. The chef, Gaston Stivelmaher, serves empanadas with meat (beef, chicken, beef sausage, ham), fish (tuna), cheese (various cheeses are used alone or mixed) or vegetables (corn, spinach, onion…) accompanied by a salad and famous Argentinean sauce Chimichurri. That is excellent. As for the ice at the stalk of her concocted house, it is 100% artisanale.

Gracias
